Sampling

The process begins with developing prototypes based on client requirements. Our design team creates detailed sketches and samples to ensure the product aligns with specifications. This stage involves:

Pattern making

Knitting

Once the design is finalized, the knitting unit creates the fabric using advanced knitting machines. We ensure:

Use of premium yarns
Customizable fabric types (single jersey, rib, interlock, etc.)
Consistent fabric quality and texture

Dyeing Unit

The dyed fabric reflects the desired colors and finishes. Our dyeing process focuses on precision and environmental sustainability:

Use of non-toxic dyes
Multiple finishing options (softening, anti-pilling, etc.)
Adherence to colorfastness standards

Cutting Unit

After dyeing, the fabric is sent to the cutting unit, where it is shaped into panels for stitching. This step involves:

Cutting patterns based on the design
Laser or manual precision cutting for accuracy
Quality checks to ensure uniformity

Printing Unit

For designs requiring prints, the printing unit adds graphics or logos. We offer:

Screen printing, heat transfer, or digital printing
High durability and sharp image quality
Eco-friendly printing techniques

Stitching Unit

We have well established stitching floors with auto machines to produce defect free garments with the assurance of quality system. Eton hanger system is under installation. We have stitching capacity around 600,000 Pcs /month,

Threading Unit

After stitching the products we have process of threading to make finish garment, for this purpose we using auto trims as well as manual thread trimming as per quality requirements. We have threading capacity around 600,000 Pcs /month

Press Unit

Press is essential process to finish the garment, we have capacity around 600,000 Pcs /month

Packing Unit

Packing is the last process before ship the garment, we have well trained packing team to meet the customer requirements. we have capacity more than 600,000 Pcs /month
